By accessing or using Sprout ("the Service"), operated by Recursive Grep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sprout is an AI-powered go-to-market strategy generator that helps businesses create comprehensive GTM strategies through a guided 16-step process across 5 modules. The Service includes strategy generation, PDF export, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payment and Pricing

The Service operates on a per-strategy payment model:

• Each strategy requires a one-time payment before generation
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, refunds are generally not provided once a strategy has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents strategy generation, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Strategies are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies
• AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated before implementation
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated strategies
• You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any generated strategies

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the business information you provide to the Service.

Generated Strategies: Once purchased, you receive a license to use the generated strategy for your business purposes.

Our Service: The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology remain the property of Recursive Grep.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute generated strategies as a competing service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recursive Grep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business losses resulting from implementing generated strategies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated strategies will achieve any particular business outcome.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for previously purchased strategies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recursive Grep operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
